教师肩负着教书育人的重任,要善于做德育工作。因此,教师应当具备较强的德育意识,掌握一定的德育知识 和德育技能,保持健康的心理状态。当前加强和改进学校德育工作,应当重视培养和提高教师的德育素质。

Teachers Are Required to be Good at Educating Students' Morality

As teachers shoulder the responsibility of educating students, they are required to be good at developing their morality. Therefore teachers should have a strong consciousness of moral education, master some knowledge and skills about it, and always be in good mental condition. At the present, in order to enforce and improve Moral Education, we should put more the emphasis on cultivating and heightening the teachers' moral quality.
