About the Basic Orientation of the Theory of the Global Governance

The theory of the Global Governance is a new-emerging theory which deals with the governance of the globalizing world, and the concept of the Global Governance is a open concept which makes it easy to become a convenient instrument for some persons to indoctrinate their ideological value. Some theorists on the Global Governance represented by James N. Rosenau, whose theoretical objective is to emphasize the important role of the non-territorial or non-national actors, to break the traditional ideas centering on the nation-state, and to weaken and clear up the territory and sovereignty consciousness of the nation-state.
