| 摘 要： | 科技创新不等于科学创新。中国科学创新薄弱,从历史、宏观原因看,缺乏科学创新的社会需要和优势累积、科学发展的“高原期”现象影响到科学创新;从现实、具体原因看,国家政治民主化程度不高、功利主义科研政策导向、应试教育模式的弊端等影响到科学创新。

| Abstract: | Scientific and technical creation is not equal to scientific one.Why scientific creation is weak in China? In respect of the history,scientific creation is affected by lack of social needs and advantages accumulating and the plateau period in science development.In terms of the realistic reason,the extent of the political democratization,utilitarianism-oriented scientific policies and exam-oriented educational model affect the scientific creation.These reasons actually reflect the burden of the traditional culture.Predictably,it is difficult for China to create the scientific theories in the future. |
