| 摘 要： | 学术期刊成为精品的过程，是学术期刊编辑的创造力综合体现的过程。知识的选择、知识的整合、知识的传播等同样具有创造性价值，编辑的间接参与是高层次的隐匿性的。编辑对读接受的选择，决定着期刊的发展趋向。本的有效性取决于“责自负”与“编辑把关”二的协调与辩证统一。

| Abstract: | The process of academic periodicals to be the finest work is also the also t he process to synthetically reflect its creativi-ty.The choice,integration and dissemination of knowledge have the same value of creativity.The editor's participation is a kind of indirect high -leveled involvement .The effectiveness of the text depen ds on the coordination and dialectic al unity between the au-thor's sole responsibility and the editor's supervision. |
