| Abstract: | With change of learning style through network the elementary qualities of learner should be updated also.The author argues that,for web-based learners,good information literacy is the foundation to learning,analyzes the structure of information literacy and their function during study.Our teachers and students ought to pay attention to it in daily learning so that to improve the web-based study. |
