我国省域企业所有制结构的演进与优化--以广西企业所有制结构的演进与优化为个案

实施企业改革以重塑我国的微观经济基础，这是我国经济体制改革形成的共识。经过多年的努力，各省企业的所有制结构获得了明显的改善，但结构不合理在一些省仍没有获得根本性解决，国有资本收缩太慢、国有资本所占比重仍偏高则是其中最为突出的结构性矛盾，广西就是其中的个案。在今后的企业层面所有制结构优化取向上，省域企业应突出国有资本主导作用，私营企业应超常规快速发展，集体企业应加大整改力度。

THE EVOLUTION AND OPTIMIZATION OF OWNWERSHIP STRUCTURE OF PROVINCIAL ENTERPRISES

It is commonly acknowledged China's economic reform should focus on the reformation of enterprises with the aim of remodeling China's micro-economic base. After years of efforts, the surface ownership structure of enterprises has been greatly improved in various provinces and regions. However, irrational structuring of enterprise ownership remains a problem in some provinces. Relatively high proportion of state-owned capital is the major structural problem, with the situation in Guangxi as an example. In optimizing surface ownership structure in the years to come, enterprises at the provincial level should highlight the leading role of the state-owned capital, private enterprises should develop at a faster speed than usual, and collectively-owned enterprises should make greater efforts in rectification and reformation.
