| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展和法制教育的不断深入,宁波高校学生法律素养的总体水平在不断提升,但仍存在部分学生法律知识欠缺、法律意识不强,发生违法犯罪的现象.针对这种状况,在现有的条件下,应该从高校、社会和大学生自身三个维度出发,培养大学生信仰和尊重法律的情感和心态,从而提升他们的法律素养.

| Abstract: | With the development of the society and economy and constant deepening of the education in law,college students' legal qualities are being enhanced as a whole.But some undergraduates are still short of the knowledge in law and the legal consciousness,because of which the lawbreaking or crime-committing phenomena still exist.Under the current condition,we should cultivate college students' sensibility of the belief and esteem to law,and upgrade their legal qualities. |
