| 摘 要： | 市场经济的发展，不仅带来国民经济的高速增长，人民生活的大大改善，也带来了高度发展的金钱物质关系对婚姻家庭关系的强烈震憾和冲击，传统夫妻关系的唯一性和排他性已经并将继续受到挑战，那么法律作为一种主要的社会行为规范将作何定位。

| Abstract: | The furthering of the reform and opening up and the development of the market economy not only bring the high increase of the national economy and the great bettterment of people's lives but also bring highly developed material relation's drastic shock and impact on marriage and family relations. The soleness and exclusiveness of the traditional spouse relations have been and will be challenged continously. What's the definition of law as major norms of social acts at this point? Should law punish extramarital affairs? Can law punish extramarital affairs? How will law punish extramarital affairs if possible? |
