摘    要:顶岗实习期既是高职学生把专业理论转化为专业技能、熟悉职业规范并向职业人过渡的关键期,又是其心理危机的多发期.要实现对顶岗实习期学生心理危机的有效预防与干预,必须走出传统纯德育式工作思路与方法的束缚,基于社会工作的视角,组建心理危机预防与干预社会工作机构,采用社区工作法、小组工作方法、个案工作方法进行有效落实.
