| 摘 要： | 发展市场经济会使犯罪诱发因素增多 ,但市场经济从根本上有利于我国最终解决犯罪问题。我国计划经济向市场经济逐步过渡时期社会犯罪激增 ,这个过渡时期一旦结束 ,市场经济对社会犯罪的正面效应居于主导地位 ,社会犯罪就会逐步减少

| Abstract: | Developing market economy may increase the factors of potential crimes,but market economy is basically beneficial to our country's eventual eliminating crimes.Crimes increase dramatically during the gradual transition period from planned economy to market economy.Once the period ends,the positive effect of market economy on social crimes will be in a dominant position and social crimes will gradually reduce. |
