| 摘 要： | 产业主体、客体和载体构成了产业系统。在现实的产业实践过程中，客体和载体即物的要素日渐凸显，而主体即人的地位和人的价值却有被忽视的倾向。通过对产业主体及其意义的阐述，论证了产业主体在产业实践中的地位和作用，分析了产业与产业主体相互异化的现状，提出了尊重产业主体的价值是构建和谐产业的前提。

| Abstract: | The subject, object and carrier of the industry constitute the industrial system . In the course of reality industry practice, the object and carrier which are elements of the object are increasing prominent. But the subject which are the status and values of human has tbe trend of being neglected. After stating on subject and significance of industry, we dem- onstrate the status and role of subject in the industrial practice and analyze the mutual alienation between the industry and the subject in current situation. We raised that respecting for the value of the subject of industry is the premise of building a harmonious industry. |
