摘    要:本从通识教育和素质教育产生与发展过程的分析入手,把握二的内涵及基本特征;用比较研究的方法,深入探析通识教育、化素质教育二间实际存在的继承性和本质联系及区别;蕴含于其中的有益经验对高校推行化素质教育的实践是极有价值的借鉴。

Abstract:The main purposes of this thesis are to discuss the problems in two aspects: in one aspect ,the thesis analyse the process of coming into being and development of general education and cultural competency education , in order to understand the connotation and the basic features of these two concepts; in another aspect, with the research methods of comparison, the thesis attempt to discuss and analyse the general characters and distinguishings, and heritages between the two theories. Drawing lessons form these benefit experiences would do good to improve the practices of higher education nowadays.
