| 摘 要： | 列宁在领导俄国布尔什维克党和广大人民群众进行社会主义革命和建设的过程中,形成了一个系统完整的刑法思想体系,包括对革命的敌人毫不留情地适用死刑、对罪犯实行强制劳动、严厉打击经济领域里的各种犯罪、从重从快惩治党员干部犯罪以及剖析犯罪和犯罪原因等主要内容。列宁的刑法思想是其法制思想的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | In the process of socialist revolution and construction of Soviet Russia,which were carried out by the Bolshevik and the broad masses of the people,led by Lenin,Lenin had formed a complete system of ideology of criminal law,including the following aspects: death penalty to the enemy of revolution is heartlessly applied,forced labor is put into practice to criminal,various crime inside the economic field is cracked down on,the crime of the party member and cadre is punished quickly and severely crime and reason of crime and so on.Lenin's ideology of criminal law is an important part of Lenin 's thought of legal system. |
