| 摘 要： | 本阐述了道德在今天社会各领域仍有存在的价值，强调在新时期必须加强师德建设。在师德建设中提出教师必须自己先学会做人，才能教学生做人，必须具备学高、身正人格背景，必须将师德的养成纳入制度建设轨道的观点。
