工程造价管理是高校基建工程管理的核心内容,本文分别对投资决策、项目设计、招投标、项目施工实施以及竣工结算五个阶段工程造价控制的重点和难点进行剖析和思考,指出工程造价管理人员在实际工作中应着重注意和加强管理的方面,以利于降低工程成本,节约建设资金,提高投资效益.
