我国农村集体经济组织法律制度的缺陷及其成因探析

The Law System Defects of China's Rural Collective Economic Organizations and the Causes of the Defects

The evolution of collective economic organizations can be divided into three historical stages: the period of primary cooperatives,senior cooperatives,and household contract responsibility system.From normative perspective,three phases of the respective collective economic organizations exist in reality level,policy level,and legal level.Through historical analysis,we can see clearly on the legal level the real deficiencies of collective economic organizations.Moreover,a thorough analysis of the collective economy organization's flaw originated from different areas,such as legal culture,reform cost,and system knowledge,is helpful for us to seek reliable theoretical basis to improve the system of collective economic organizations.
