论英语教育中跨文化交际能力的培养

外语教学的主要目的是培养学生的跨文化交际能力,然而,由于众多文化差异的存在,直接影响了交际的顺利进行。因此,在教学中,应从不同角度尽可能多地向学生介绍西方的文化知识,使其了解文化差异,避免文化冲突,提高交际能力。

Remark on Cultivation of Intercultural Communicative Competence in College English Teaching

The main purpose of foreign language teaching is cultivating the student＇ s capability for intercultural communication. However, owing to the cultural difference, the communication is directly affected. So, in the course of teaching, it is necessary for the teachers to introduce the Western cultural knowledge to the students as much as possible from different angles, make them understand the cultural difference, avoid cultural conflict and enhance their capability for communication.
