| 摘 要： | 党中央提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的重大命题,和谐校园是和谐社会建设的重要组成部分,而贫困生问题是事关校园和谐的关键。解决贫困生问题,要依靠制度,保证贫困学子上得起学;要采取措施,帮助他们放下思想包袱,好好上学;要培养能力,促使他们自立自强。

| Abstract: | An important proposition on building socialist harmonious society was put forward by CCP in the sixteenth plenary meeting of CCP.Harmonious campus is an important part in the course of construction of harmonious society and a key issue is the students of poverty.There are several ways to resolve the issue.Firstly,through depending on system to guarantee poverty students to afford tuition fee;Secondly,measures be taken to unburden students mentally;finally,cultivating students' self-independence and self-reliance. |
