电动汽车轮毂电机温度场计算研究综述

摘    要:电动汽车轮毂电机结构封闭,散热性差,运行过程中温升较大,对其稳定性、可靠性影响较大。为提高对温度预测的求解精度,提升电机性能,温度场的建模求解方法不断发展。总结了电机内部各类损耗计算方法最新进展,分析了温度场计算的两种建模方法:有限元法(FE)和集总参数热网络法(LPTN)及其应用。针对电机内存在的复杂多物理场问题,多场耦合方法在温度场的建模和求解中逐步得到发展应用,呈现从单向到多向,从以电磁、热为主的两场耦合向电磁、热、流、固等多场耦合发展,温度场的求解精度和速度得到提高。

Abstract:The in-wheel motor of electric vehicle has a closed structure,a poor heat dissipation and a large temperature rise occur during its’operation,which has a great influence on its stability and reliability. In order to improve the accuracy of temperature predication and strength the performance of the motor,the method of modeling the temperature field has been developed. Firstly,the latest development of various loss calculation methods in the motor is summarized,two modeling methods for temperature field calculation(i.e.FE and LPTN)are analyzed. In view of the complex multi-fields existing in the motor,the multi-fields coupling method has been gradually developed and applied in the modeling and solution of the temperature field,showing the development from unidirectional to multi-directional,from the two-field coupling dominated by electromagnetic and thermal to the multi-fields coupling of electromagnetic,thermal,fluid and solid. The solution accuracy and speed of temperature field are improved.
