| 摘 要： | 专业是高职院校办学的基本单位,校企合作是职业教育的本质要求,校企合作应在专业层面上共同搭建管理平台。在对平台概念、合作项目以及合作要素进行分析后,认为项目是校企合作的载体,项目选择上的内在需求、合作过程中的诚实守信、合作结果上的互利共赢是能否有效进行校企合作的关键要素;探索并实践了订单培养管理平台、生产经营性实训管理平台、课程开发管理平台、设计工作室管理平台等多种校企合作共建专业管理平台模式。

| Abstract: | Major is the basic unit of the higher vocational colleges,and school-enterprise cooperation is the essential requirement of vocational education,thus school-enterprise cooperation should be based on major level to establish management platform.With the analysis of its concept,cooperation project and elements of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper holds that internal demand of project options,honesty and trustworthiness during the process of cooperation,mutual benefit of cooperation results are key elements to effective cooperation between colleges and enterprises.And practice has been carried out in establishing designated training management platform,productive practice management platform,design-studio management platform,curriculum development management platform to build major management platform mode. |
