汽车产业创新人才培养基地建设的研究

高等学校作为国家知识创新和技术创新体系的基础,承担着培养具有创新能力、实践能力和创业精神的高级专门人才的重任。湖北汽车工业学院在省级大学生创新活动基地———汽车工程大学生创新活动基地的建设过程中,坚持走产学研结合的道路,依托区域优势,强化汽车行业特色,结合学校人才培养目标定位,确定了"一二三四五"的基地建设思路,为培养汽车产业创新人才发挥了重要作用。

Research on the Training Base Construction of the Automobile Engineering Innovative Talents

As the base for national academic creation and technology innovation system, universities plays an important role in ＂cultivating highly qualified professionals with the ability of innovation, practice and entrepreneurship＂. When constructing ＂Innovation Activity Base for Automobile Engineering College Students＂ a base of provincial level for students to conducting innovation activities, we stick to the principal of combining production, education and research, make use of its comparative advantage, and highlight its feature of automotive industry. Besides it also takes the goal of high education into consideration and drafts the ＂five-step strategy＂ for the construction of this base, which in turn, facilitates the education of innovative talents specialized in automobile engineering.
