| 摘 要： | 学风是一所学校的灵魂。文章对高职院校的学风现状进行了分析,提出了以优化美化校园环境为先导,以提高教师素质和教学水平为关键,以学生为主体,把科学管理制度与激励机制相结合,以及健全学生工作体系等方面建设的思路。

| Abstract: | Study style is the soul of a college.Based on the current situation of study style in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyses the present situation and ptus forwards the following suggestions： giving priority to optimizing and beautifying campus;improving teachers＇ quality and teaching level with students as the main body;and combining scientific management system with incentive mechanism;and perfecting student work system. |
