| Abstract: | Knowledge management is very important to an organization in the era of knowledge economy. But, there are some negative factors in the process of knowledge management, which lead the knowledge management not to be very effective. Conception map provides the visual purpose for the knowledge structure. As a means to communicate knowledge, conception map provides supplement for text. The paper introduces conception map to KM with a view to promote knowledge management. |
