| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、对比分析和专家访谈法,立足史实,基于组织理论、组织变革理论、组织发展理论以及国际关系等相关理论,分5个阶段对国际奥委会组织变革与发展进行了历史透视,并从内、外环境角度重点分析了各阶段变革的原因。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature investigation,comparative analysis and expert interview,based on history and theories such as organization,organizational change,organizational development and international relation,this paper conducted historical perspective on organizational change and development of International Olympic Committee in five stages,analyzed the reasons of change in each stage from the angles of internal and external environment. |
