| 摘 要： | 本文对现有科技奖励研究文献进行了初步分析.自1980年以来,广大科研管理学者就我国的科技奖励问题进行了深入研究,发表了大量成果,研究由浅入深.学者们分别从自然科学和社会科学两个方面进行研究,两者研究的问题不尽相同.总的看,理论研究有待加强.本文还就社会科学奖励理论怎样加强研究,谈了看法,提出建立评估标准的基本原则.

| Abstract: | The present paper has initially analysed the documents concerning scientific and technological awards. Numerous scholars of management of S&T have engaged in deey research indeep research in awards of S&T, a lot of the achievements have been puolished, and it has been from the shallower to the deeper. The Scholars are separately engaged in in research in natural and social sciences, the research topics of the both are not allthe same. Generally speaking, the theoretical research should be stren thened.
