三冲量给水调节系统在汽包锅炉上的应用

摘    要:汽包型锅炉的汽包水位随运行工况不断变化,水位过高,会使饱和蒸汽带水,蒸汽品质恶化,造成过热器积盐结垢,甚至满水事故,威胁汽轮机的安全运行;水位过低,会破坏锅内水循环,引起水冷壁爆裂;为了对汽包锅炉的水位进行可靠控制,细致地分析了汽包锅炉水位在给水流量、蒸汽流量、炉膛热负荷等扰动下的水位动态特性,提出了三冲量水位自动调节的解决方案,经实际应用,达到了良好的控制效果.

Abstract:The water level in boilers is changing along with working circumstances. Too high water level may make saturated steam take water, worsen the quality of steams. As a result, this may make super heaters full of salt an.d filthy dirt, and even make the water overflow, which may intimidate the safety movement of steam turbines ; Too low water level may make the water - circle in boiler destroyed, which may cause water - cooled wall blow cut. In order to control the water level of the steam boiler reliably, careful analysis on dynamic characteristics under perturbations of water level is given, on aspects of the flowing of supplying water, the flowing of steam, the hot load of bumer~ hearth, etc. , then the solution of how to temper the water level automatically of three impulses is put forward, which have already reached good control effects through practical use.
