摘    要:行动研究既成为教师的研究方式,也成为教师的工作方式,教师教学技能、教学思想、教学方法、教学行为的改进和提高是21世纪教育教学改革的重心。作为教师个体应敏锐感应这种变化,主动制定教师个人行动计划,提升自我素养和专业能力,在行动中研究,在研究中实现专业的自我发展。

Abstract:Teacher action studies have become teacher's research methods as well as teacher's working approaches.It is the key point to improve and promote teachers' teaching skills,teaching thought,teaching methods and teaching behavior for the teaching reform in the 21st century's education.As an individual,the teacher should be keen to adapt themselves to the change,formulate individual motion plan on own initiative and promote self-quality and specialized ability.Study in action and realizing professional self-development in the study.
