| 摘 要： | 现代大学制度要求改变传统的由行政权力和学术权力“二元“构成的高校权力运作方式,应当由学术权力、行政权力和学生权力“三足鼎立“的高校内部权力结构所取代。为此,必须着力化解学术权力与行政权力,学术权力、行政权力与学生权力之间的矛盾与冲突。
