| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法等，对青少年运动员人力资源的成本、价值的概念、构成、计量方法以及评估方法进行理论研究。主要结论：青少年运动员人力资源成本主要分为取得成本、开发成本、使用成本、保障成本等；影响青少年运动员人力资源价格评估的因素主要有该资源成本、资源的效益等7个方面。

| Abstract: | Based on literature and data research, the costs, values and their evaluation methods of human resources of young athletes were discussed. It is concluded that the human resource costs of young athletes chiefly consist of the costs of enrollment, cultivation, employment, and insurance. The influencing factors of the evaluation are the costs of resources, the benefits of resources and so on. |
