| 摘 要： | 大学管理效力是指作为大学管理主要手段的管理制度基于实现大学预期发展目标的价值定位,对大学的利益相关者参与大学事物所产生的一种指向明确、影响到位的效果,具有普遍性和特殊性。它的发生取决于健全的大学管理制度和大学利益相关者在遵守大学管理制度上的高度自觉这两个保障条件。
