| 摘 要： | 针对目前部分体育教师存在着陈旧的教育观念。单一的知识结构，落后于素质教育实践的教学方法和欠佳的心理素质等与素质教育不相适应的状况。根据素质教育对体育教师提出的新要求。提出了体育教师应具备全新的教育观念，多元、复合的知识结构，综合的教育能力和良好的身心素质等。
