水浸提法提取玫瑰花中红色素的工艺研究

摘    要:用冻结-融解辅助水溶液浸提法,从玫瑰鲜花中提取天然红色素,促进细胞内可溶物质的渗出,缩短了浸提时间,提高了浸提率。确定的提取工艺条件是:50℃、60min、浸提2次,提取率可达8.65%。

Abstract:The red pigment was extracted from rose by freezing-thawing assisted water soaking method, which promoted the leakage of intracelMar solutes, reduced extraction time and increased the extraction rate. The determined conditions of extraction process were, 50 ℃, 60min, 2 times and the extraction rate was 8.65 %.
