| 摘 要： | 美国的分权型管理模式促进了其成人教育事业的良性发展,突出了政府的作用,促进了社会的其他群体参与到成人教育的协调管理中来,同时把市场的力量加入到美国成人教育的管理模式中,这是一种理论上的创新。研究美国成人教育的管理模式可以对我国的成人教育管理体制起到借鉴和指导的作用。

| Abstract: | The decentralized management mode of United States of America promotes a good development of the adult education.This management model not only highlights the role of the government,but also makes more other social groups involved in adult education coordination management.At the same time,the market forces join in the adult education management pattern,which is a theoretical innovation.Study on American adult education management mode could give the guidance and reference to Chinese adult education management system. |
