浅析中国职业教育的错位发展及对策研究

职业教育作为教育的一个类别,其本身既应具有一般教育所具有的"教育性"属性,也应凸显职业教育的"职业性"教育特色。但从当前我国职业教育的基本情况来看,既缺乏应有的"教育性",也没有实现真正的"职业性"。因此,各职业院校必须从"以人为本"、"和谐发展"的角度出发,重新审视自身的培养目标和发展定位,不断加强行业规范建设,不断提升教科研在职业教育中的地位和影响,以此确保职业教育的健康发展和进步。

Brief Analysis of the Dislocation and Countermeasures of the Development of Vocational Education in China

As a category of education,vocational education should not only have"educational" properties,but also highlight the vocational education’s"professional" characteristics.However,from the current basic situation of Chinese vocational education,it not only lacks"educational" properties,but also has no true"professional properties" Therefore,all vocational schools must take the"people-oriented" and"harmonious development" perspective,re-position their training objectives and development orientation,strengthen professional standards,and continuously improve the status and influence of research in vocational education,so as to ensure the healthy development and progress of vocational education.
