日本成人教育理论研究现状综述

摘    要:在日本,成人教育理论以及方法论研究近几年得到迅速发展.基于此,通过整理日本近年的成人学习理论和成人教育理论研究成果,考察日本成人教育理论方面目前所面临的问题,指出日本以成人作为教育对象的学习论和教育论的特征和结构.最后得出结论:当今日本,如何教育成人,成人如何进行学习仍然是其成人教育的重大课题.

Abstract:In Japan,adult education theory and methodology have a rapid development in recent years.In this paper,by finishing the theory of adult learning and adult education theory research,we studied the problems faced by the Japanese adult education theory,and pointed out the characteristics and structure of Japan’s adult learning theory as the object of education and educational theory.Finally,we concluded that how to educate adults is still the major issue of adult education in Japan.
