| 摘 要： | 上世纪二三十年代晏阳初提倡的平民教育思想以及乡村工作理念在当时引起了很大的反响,他积极倡导并践行"新民本"、"平等"、"参与"等工作思想,至今他的乡村工作理念和实践方法对于我国新时期农村成人教育仍然有着重大的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The civilian education thought and rural work ethic of James Yen caused a great response during the 1920s and 1930s,and he actively advocated and practiced the work ethic of "The new thought of people-oriented," "equality" and "participation",and his working ideas and practices of rural work still have major reference for the rural adult education in China. |
