| 摘 要： | 研究生培养条件是研究生质量的重要保障。本文利用2006年我国东中西部九省市高校的169组数据,实证分析了研究生培养条件各类指标对研究生质量的影响。研究发现,学术环境、科研条件、教学条件和制度条件的好坏与研究生质量高低显著正相关,而师生比例、物质资源等条件对研究生质量没有明显影响。研究结论对如何提高我国研究生质量以及研究生学位点的设立和建设也许有所帮助。

| Abstract: | Based on the 169 group data of universities from nine cities in 2006,this paper empirically examined the relationships between various cultivation conditions and the quality of graduate student.We find that the academic atmosphere,scientific research condition,teaching condition and regulation condition have positively influence on the quality of graduate student,while the proportion of teacher to student and the substance condition have not significant relationships with the quality of graduate student. |
