微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定酱腌菜中微量铅

摘    要:建立了微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定酱腌菜中微量铅的一种方法。探讨了微波消解样品的条件、不同基体改进剂、样品加入量、原子化条件等对样品测定的影响,由此确定了最佳实验条件,Pb2+在050μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,方法的回收率为90.90%50μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,方法的回收率为90.90%104.55%,检出限可达7.898×10-4μg/mL。该法简便、快速、灵敏,对实际样品的测定结果令人满意。

Abstract:This paper proposes a method for the determination of the trace lead in pickles through microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.It also discusses the effects of microwave digestion conditions,different matrix modifiers,the proportion of the sample add-ed,and atomization conditions on the determination of the sample in order to determine optimal experimental condition.The Pb2+ shows a good linearity within the range of 0~50μg/L.The detection limit is 7.898×10^-4μg/mL.The recovery is 90.90%~104.55%.This approach has such advantages as simplicity,rapidity and sensitivity and can meet the demand of the determina-tion of real samples.
