| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法对高职院校学生就业意向和毕业生质量进行了调查与分析,揭示了高职学生就业中面临的矛盾和困境,分析了就业预期与社会现实的偏差,并针对调查结果给出了相应的建议。
