| 摘 要： | 随着发展观的变化,中国各时期发展能力及水平评价也发生变化,通过适用各时期中国可持续发展能力评价指标体系(1995-2005年)与中国科学发展水平的评价指标体系(2008-2012年),观察了中国各地区科学发展水平的动态变化。

| Abstract: | With changes in the outlook on development,the evaluation of development capacity and level of each period in China has also changed.The author of this paper studies the dynamic change in the scientific development in different areas of China through the evaluation index sys-tem of the sustainable development ability in China（1995-2005）and the evaluation index system of scientific development level in China （2008-2012）. |
