| 摘 要： | 在对跑、跳作运动生物力学分析的基础上，提出计算胫骨压缩力的力学模型。结合病例报告，从生物力学角度分析胫骨疲劳性骨折的易发部位以及成因，为本症的诊断、治疗和预防提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Based on exercise biomechanical analysis of running and jumping, the mechanical model for calculating compresscd force in tibia was formulated. From the biomechanical point of view, combined with the case reports, the fatigue fracture locations of frequent occurrence and the causes of the fracture were analysed so as to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the fracture. |
