和谐视域下我国利益均衡机制构建探析

在我国面临经济社会转型的"高风险"时期,在积极构建和谐社会的新背景下,为全面贯彻落实科学发展观,构建中国特色的利益均衡机制势在必行。要在准确把握利益均衡机制科学内涵及其构建成因的基础上,以加强合法性建设为根本前提,以加强制度建设为关键,以解决人民群众当前最为关心的突出和实际问题为突破口,以加强党的领导为依托,充分发挥社会各阶层的积极性、主动性、创造性,着力推动和加强当前国内的利益均衡机制建设。当然,它也是一项复杂的系统工程,必须在切实把握上述几方面辩证关系的基础上依法、有序、稳固地加以推进。

Probe into the Construction of Interests Equalization Mechanism in Our Country from Harmonious Society's Perspective

Facing the "high risk" period of economic and social transformation in China, in the new context of building a harmonious society actively in all respects, it is imperative for us to build the interests equalization mechanism with Chinese characteristics to implement scientific outlook on development comprehensively.We should un-derstand the scientific connotation and the causes of the formation of the mechanism, taking the strengthening the construction of legitimacy as the fundamental prerequisite, the promotion and enhancement the system construction as the key, the resolution of the most concerned, outstanding and practical problems of the masses as the breakthrough point.We should strengthen the leadership of the Party, fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of all social strata and groups as a powerful driving force to push and enhance the construction of the interests equalization mechanism.Of course, it is a complex and systematic project, so we must push it forward legally, orderly and safely on the basis of taking a firm hold on the dialectical relationships between the above-mentioned aspects.
