On Effective Interpretation:a View from Intention and Function in Skopostheorie

As interpretation is an intentional and interpersonal interaction,an ideal result can't be easily achieved between the sender and the receiver due to the challenges posed by languages and cultural barriers. From the perspective of intention and function in Skopostheorie,typical examples are analyzed to illustrate how to achieve an effective interpretation by considering the sender's intention and the receiver's acceptance.
