The employment prospects for graduates of higher education are the subject of mounting concern in many countries. In the last issue of the Bulletin we referred to this problem in the United States. (No.1. Vol.II 1977 p.19) Below we present the main elements of an analysis of this problem as experienced in the Federal Republic of Germany. The analysis was published in “Bildungspo‐litische Zwischenbilanz” (Intermedium Report on Educational Policy) issued by the Federal Ministry of Education and Science. |
