对“尺寸注法”标准的商榷

标准的简化是值得人们长期研究和探讨的一个问题。本文侧重对“尺寸注法”国家标准(GB4458.4—84)中的部分条文提出了几条修改意见:对条文的准确性、图例的示范性进行论述;对标准中线性尺寸的数字方向、尺寸线的终端形式中,均允许两种形式并存的不合理性进行分析,提出只能用一种形式的好处;也提出有些规定要扩大其使用范围的必要性和可能性。是使标准简化,适用范围扩大,图样中标注统一、明了,标准得以合理发展的有益之举。

Suggestions for the Amendment of Size Labelling Method Standards

Simplification of the standrads of size labelling methods is a question necessary to be constantly studied and discussed. This paper puts forward several suggestions for the amendment of some articles of the National Size Labelling Method Standards (GB-1.458. 4 -84)so as to meet the needs of production development and simpify the standards. In addition to a thorough evaluation of the accuracy of the articles and of the demonstration of the legends, the coexistence of two forms in terms of linear size number and end of size line is analyzed .which is regarded as unreasonable and should be replaced by one form. The -necessity and probability of application of certain standards to a larger area are also dealt with in this paper which concludes that unification of the labelling pattern will be of much use for simplification of the standards,expansion of the application area ,and uniformity of the design marking.
