| 摘 要： | 针对目前高校传统的单一课程考核模式中存在的诸多问题,总结经验,提出构建"N*X"全程式多样化的课程考核模式,并对其保障机制进行了研究,建立了基于评教、考核、奖励、反馈和服务的五项约束与激励机制,对培养具有创新精神和创新意识的高素质人才,全面提高高校教育教学质量具有十分重要的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper aims at the existing problems of traditional single courses examination mode in colleges and universities,and an “N＊X”whole program of diverse courses examination mode is proposed based on experience.This paper also studies its safeguard mechanism,and sets up a mechanism based on five constraint and incentive mechanism including assessment,evaluation,rewards,feedback and service.It plays a very important rolein cultivating high quality talents with innovative spirit and sense of innovation,and play a very important role in improving teaching quality in higher education. |
