| 摘 要： | 遵循"以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向"的办学方针,宁职院已经确立了"和而不同"的校风——做人、做事、做学问和而不同,百花齐放,共建和谐。今后一个时期,学院重要的现实课题是,积极探索"大学文化"、"区域文化"与"企业文化"的对接、融合和内化,构建"多元融合、和而不同"的宁职院文化。

| Abstract: | After establishment of employment-oriented education mode,Ningbo Polytechnic also set up the college spirit of harmony in diversity,which melt in communication,business and research.The realistic subject to do for the college in the coming years is to explore the possibility of abutment,fusion and internalization between college culture,regional culture and enterprise culture and come the ideal state of diversity and inclusion in this college. |
