摘    要:教师心理健康是教师心理素质的一个重要反映。教师心理健康的标准既有一般心理健康标准的共性 ,也有其职业特殊性。教师心理不健康的主要表现有 :生理 -心理症状、人际关系问题、职业行为问题和职业倦怠等。造成教师心理不健康的有社会因素、职业因素和个人因素。我们应在诊断和评价的基础上 ,从社会体制、社区、学校和个人四个层面上来维护和促进教师心理健康

Abstract:Teacher's mental health is an important reflection of teacher's mental quality. The criterion of teacher's mental health possesses both the generality and the particularity related to profession. The manifestations of teacher's ill mental health include physical-psychological symptoms, interpersonal problems, professional effects and burnout. The sources of teacher's ill mental health include social factor, professional factor and personal factor. On the basis of diagnosis and assessment, some approaches should be put forward to improve teacher's mental health in social system, community, school and individual aspects.
