| 摘 要： | 禁锢是指对犯罪者取消为官资格。禁锢在春秋时期就已出现,两汉尤其东汉时期发展为朝廷镇压士人的手段之一,且禁锢的范围有所扩大。禁锢打击了士人入仕的积极性,削弱了王朝的政治生命力。

| Abstract: | The term durance means that one man was cancelled the qualification of being an official.It appeared in the days of Chunqiu.During the Han dynasty,the scope of this practice extended to the relatives,the pupils and the former underlings,particularly in the East Han period.Durance was one of the measures that the government took to suppress the intellectuals.It greatly discouraged their enthusiasm of becoming officials.It also weakened the political energy of the dynasty. |
