| Abstract: | All economical phenomena are formed in the certain economical system. Different economical systems of different content factors can form the different economic phenomena. The towns are harmonious unification of the intrinsic strut system and the external safeguard system. The two systems constitute the 21st century Chinese towns developing economical system together. |
